Practice Profile
Prior to joining Chambers, Sunny graduated from King’s College London and University of Hong Kong in his dual degree English and Hong Kong law programme. He went on to complete his postgraduate certificate in Laws in University of Hong Kong. He formerly served as licensing manager at a multinational toy brand and operations manager at a property holding group.
His legal expertise encompasses licensing, mergers & acquisitions, trademark and patent litigation, commercial transactions, unauthorized building works litigation, and commercial dispute resolution. Currently he specializes in general commercial litigation, trust and probate litigation, and commercial criminal litigation.
