自 2023 年起，鄧先生一直是香港高等法院的執業大律師。他在鄭歡先生（Q.C. S.C.）、林沙文先生和馬恩國先生的指導下完成實習後，加入了基石大律師事務所。

在加入本事務所之前，鄧先生畢業于倫敦國王學院和香港大學，並獲得英國法律和香港法律雙學位。之後，他在香港大學完成了法律研究生證書課程。他曾擔任一家跨國玩具品牌的授權經理和一家房地產控股集團的運營經理。

他的法律專長涵蓋許可、並購、商標和專利訴訟、商業交易、違章建築訴訟以及商業糾紛解決。目前，他專注於一般商業訴訟、信託和遺囑認證訴訟以及商業刑事訴訟。
