自1996年起,马先生担任澳洲高等法院执业大律师;自2008年起,担任香港高等法院执业大律师。目前,他是香港基石大律师事务所的负责人,同时也是中华人民共和国大湾区大律师。

执业简介

马先生在商业诉讼和信托诉讼方面经验丰富,他也代表中国国有企业参与国际商事仲裁,亦是英国特许仲裁员协会和香港仲裁协会的资深会员。此外,马先生也是香港国际商事仲裁院认证的国际仲裁员,以及华南仲裁院认可的仲裁员。

 

他自2013年起担任中国法学会理事;自2019年起担任中国海外友好协会理事;自2012年起担任中国人民政治协商会议山西省委员会委员;自2003年起担任南开大学法学院兼任教授。 2021年,他被任命为建筑上诉审裁处主席;同年,他经提名成为香港选举委员会成员,代表香港法律界。

马先生在衡平法和信托法以及投资者与国家之间的仲裁领域发表了大量文章。

 

马先生在昆士兰州律师协会和新南韦尔斯州律师协会执业 12 年后,于 2007 年通过海外大律师资格考试,并于 2008 年开始在香港律师协会执业。
