自 2023 年起，邓先生一直是香港高等法院的执业大律师。他在郑欢先生（Q.C. S.C.）、林沙文先生和马恩国先生的指导下完成实习后，加入了基石大律师事务所。

在加入本事务所之前，邓先生毕业于King’s College London和香港大学，并获得英国法律和香港法律双学位。之后，他在香港大学完成了法律研究生证书课程。他曾担任一家跨国玩具品牌的授权经理和一家房地产控股集团的运营经理。

他的法律专长涵盖许可、并购、商标和专利诉讼、商业交易、违章建筑诉讼以及商业纠纷解决。目前，他专注于一般商业诉讼、信托和遗嘱认证诉讼以及商业刑事诉讼。
